The complaint is that they do not tell any of the tenants prior to moving into the building that they have these sites like this:

SOY who refereed me to the building never wanted to write a letter like this on my behalf so I had CERA send a letter. They were just like CAS and always cared more about money and less about implementing changes.

Read this letter that details my complaint about 138 Pears Avenue.
My advice to any person who is currently dealing with the CAS is to watch out for them because there seems to be a trend where they collude against kids and turn them into former crown wards with no family support and education and your on ODSP or OW and the point is they set you up to always be dependent on agencies like ODSP or OW.

I think this issue is disgusting.

I think its embarrassing that I was slow and aged out and never realized the long term impact until I 8 years later when I aged out and realized after speaking with Micheala Doyle who I met at 138 Pears Avenue and us going to Queens Park on March 24, 2014 and also talking to people like Jessie McVicar and my own aunt I realize that its more true than I ever wanted to believe. I really have always thought institutionalized.

I aged out of the Children's Aid Society and was always dependent on agencies like SOY and agencies like 138 Pears Avenue and that was not good for me and only good for these workers.
